Lokhir can spam Black Arks unlike the other factions which I find a very strong mechanic and changes up the campaign to make it more fun. They all rely on Darkshard then Shades spam. You have a large variety of enemies to fight and you can choose which way you go. I'd say Vortex is much better for Tiktaq'to than Mortal Empires. Tiktaq'to makes Terradons in every army able to control the flow of battle. He can get hundreds of kills but he is only available for one army and every Lizardmen faction can unlock him to use. Kroak will bomb enemies tied up in melee with your troops. Gor Rok is powerful but the main thing people like about his faction is access to Kroak from turn 1 without having to do the quest battle. As a unit in battle Tiktaq'to doesn't add anything but his Terradons completely change how the faction plays. I think the most fun Lizardmen faction is Tlaqua with Tiktaq'to.
